Club sessions this week
Competition Week 5 is on Saturday 12th October 2013 at Bannockburn Oval.
General Coaching commenced on Wednesday 25th September 4.30pm.
Walks, Throws Hurdles and Sprints as follows:
- Walks – Monday 4.30 – 6.00pm
- Hurdles – Tuesdays at 4.30pm
- Throws – Tuesday 4.00 – 5.30pm
- Sprints – Tuesday 4.30 – 6.00pm

Competition Week 4 is on Saturday 5th October 2013 at Bannockburn Oval – competition runs throughout the school holidays. General Coaching begins on Wednesday 25th September 4.30pm.
