Follow All<\/span> These Steps to Join our Club
\n(from 8am, 1 August 2026):<\/span><\/u>
\n<\/b><\/h3>\n

We recommend you use a PC to access the Registration Portal (step 4) and fill in the forms (step 5) below.<\/em><\/p>\n

1) IMPORTANT:<\/h4>\n
Little Athletics Centres rely on parent\/family participation<\/span> to conduct their programs.<\/h5>\n
By\u00a0registering your child at St George Little Athletics, you make the following commitments<\/span>:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
At least one adult in your family will:<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n
(i) remain at Olds Park for the duration of your child’s participation at each competition evening, and<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n
(ii) Sign-up for & fill an advertised duty on a competition evening (eg.\u00a0 assist in supervising Track events, serve in the canteen, etc) on at least 12 occasions across the season (we may adjust this number if the season duration is materially altered eg. due to adverse weather).\u00a0 [This applies only to families with children in Age Groups 6s and above.\u00a0 \u00a0A family may be exempted from this commitment by the payment of a fee (conditions apply) – as set out here:\u00a0 Parent Duty Exemption<\/a><\/span> ]<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

NOTE:\u00a0 Registration is not complete until you have completed steps 4 and<\/span> 5 below.<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

2) Before proceeding – please ensure you have read<\/span> the FAQs<\/a><\/span><\/strong> !<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

3) Acquire your\u00a0Active Kids Voucher(s)<\/strong>\u00a0before<\/span> you register online<\/h4>\n

A voucher will reduce your registration fees by $50.\u00a0\u00a0 Registration fees are set out in the FAQs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

[To be eligible for an Active Kids<\/strong> voucher, a child must be:\u00a0 a NSW resident, over 4.5 years of age<\/em> (on the day you apply for the voucher)\u00a0and appear on a current Medicare card.\u00a0 \u00a0For more info:\u00a0 \u00a0 Active Kids Info<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0]<\/p>\n

4) Access the On-line Registration Portal<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

Proof of Age<\/strong>\u00a0is required for all athletes who were not<\/strong> members with STGLAC in the prior season<\/strong>.\u00a0 Please\u00a0upload<\/strong>\u00a0a copy of a\u00a0proof of age document<\/strong>\u00a0(eg. birth certificate, passport etc) for your child\u00a0during On-Line Registration when requested.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Click the “Registration Portal” link below<\/strong> to register one or more athletes.\u00a0 [Note:\u00a0\u00a0You must only register children for whom you<\/span> are the parent\/legal guardian, and the contact information you provide must be yours.<\/em><\/strong>]\u00a0 The portal requires you make payment online – be sure to have your credit\/debit card available, as well as the details of any Active Kids Voucher(s) you will use.\u00a0 If the athlete was with us last season (or is\/has been a member of a “senior” club), you’ll want to have their National Member ID<\/strong> handy.\u00a0 For ‘Returning Members’, this number was emailed to when you last registered and also on Friday 31 July 2026.<\/p>\n

Please use the same Email address<\/strong> (for a given parent\/guardian) across all of our systems – Registration, Team App, SignUp, and the Forms listed in section 5) below.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Please read carefully all on-screen messages & instructions.<\/p>\n

Registration Portal<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The link above will become operational on 1 August (when registrations open for the upcoming season).\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

*** As soon<\/span> as you’ve completed On-Line Registration, proceed to the following steps.<\/span>\u00a0 We can’t complete your registration until step 5 is done.<\/h3>\n

5) Fill in these 2 short On-line Forms<\/h4>\n

Note:\u00a0 These forms are mandatory<\/strong> & must be filled out even if you have filled them out in a previous season.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fill them out (online) as soon as you have completed the above on-line registration<\/em>.\u00a0 Be sure to click “Submit<\/strong>” at the end of each form!\u00a0\u00a0You will not<\/strong> be able to pick up your registration pack or participate at Athletics until both forms have been completed and submitted (online).<\/em>\u00a0 Click on the links to access the forms:<\/p>\n

Parent Duty Commitment (PDC)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>– The “Primary Contact” (ie. the person who registered the children) should\u00a0fill this out on behalf of their family.<\/p>\n

WWC Declaration (WWCD)<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0– All adults<\/strong> who may assist<\/strong> in any capacity at our athletics meets (even if they are a parent, grandparent, aunt, etc of an athlete at the Centre) need to fill out this form, with their<\/strong> details (ie. their<\/span> Name & their<\/span> Email address, etc<\/em><\/strong>).\u00a0 \u00a0 Do not<\/strong> fill out the form and behalf of someone else.<\/p>\n

This form is short and easy to complete.\u00a0 \u00a0In most cases, parents & close relatives of registered athletes do NOT<\/strong> require a WWC number.<\/p>\n

6) Communication Tools<\/h4>\n

If you are new to St George Little Athletics<\/strong>, AFTER<\/span> completing steps 4 & 5, download \u201cStack\u00a0Team App<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0[you may already have it for another sport] from your phone\u2019s App Store.<\/p>\n

If you’re new to the App, create an account in your name [please use the same name & Email Address you provided for yourself when registering<\/span>].\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0For full instructions, see:\u00a0 \u00a0Team App Brochure<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Both parents are encouraged to sign-up to Team App.<\/p>\n

Also – be sure to “Like us”<\/strong> on Facebook<\/strong> (you can find us on Facebook by clicking the blue<\/span><\/strong>“f<\/strong>” logo on this page).<\/em><\/p>\n

7) Acquire a\u00a0Uniform<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Uniforms are mandatory and will be available for purchase (card purchases preferred<\/em>) from the supplier at Olds Park on the days\/times listed below.\u00a0 \u00a0This is the best option to acquire a uniform as you can try out sizing<\/em>, but if you cannot attend any of those slots, there is an on-line ordering<\/strong> option – See Uniforms<\/a><\/span><\/strong> for more information.<\/p>\n
